The original artwork
Vinki creates an original painting inspired by your place, your people or the story you want to tell. We agree on the subject, size, creative direction and delivery arrangements before work begins.
A high-quality digital master
The finished painting is professionally scanned, or photographed at high resolution where scanning is unsuitable. Colour-checked files are prepared for the agreed print sizes and uses, so your production partner has a clear starting point for merchandise.
Think art prints, postcards, stationery, packaging, tote bags or guest gifts. File formats, dimensions, colour profiles and any product-specific adaptations are defined with your designer or printer. Samples and final production proofs are approved before manufacture.

The making of your painting
Give your audience a way to follow the work as it takes shape. Your package can include process photographs, short vertical videos, close-up brushwork and a finished-artwork reveal for your social channels and website.
We agree on the number of assets, editing, formats, captions and delivery schedule in advance. Content can support a launch or be delivered in stages as the painting progresses.

Built around what you need.
Start with a single painting and a small selection of gifts, or discuss a coordinated collection with launch content. Each collaboration is quoted individually. You can combine all three elements or commission only the parts you need.

- Brands and retailers: an artist collaboration for a product collection, packaging or a seasonal launch.
- Corporate gifting: commissioned artwork adapted for gifts that reflect your business or a particular occasion.
A clear plan, from brief to handover.
- Tell us the purpose. Share your audience, intended products, timing and budget range.
- Agree on the proposal. We define the creative direction, deliverables, review stages, usage rights, schedule and fees before starting.
- Follow the painting. We share agreed progress updates and capture the making of the work.
- Prepare for launch. Receive the original artwork, agreed reproduction files and content assets, with a handover for your team or suppliers.
Clear scope. Room to customise.
Your quote separates artwork creation, digitisation and file preparation, commercial usage and content production. Product adaptations, framing, shipping, on-site filming and travel can be discussed separately.
Merchandise manufacture is not included unless specifically agreed. We can work with your chosen production partner to confirm artwork requirements.
The original painting and permission to reproduce it are separate parts of the agreement. Merchandise types, quantities, sales territories, licence duration and any exclusivity are agreed for your project. Social content usage, including paid advertising where needed, is also set out in the proposal. Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We work with hotels and brands worldwide. Most commissions are painted in our studios and shipped to you. When a project needs us on site, to study your space, paint in place or film the making, we are happy to travel. Travel, accommodation and on-site time are quoted separately and agreed with you before anything is booked.
